Granddaughter and Granddog sitting

Amber and Jamie are out in Colorado skiing so we get to take up the slack in Kansas.  We have our own quite old Lucy along with Barkley (Jamie's) and Oreo (Amber's).  We also have Joslin.  Our lives have been pretty busy for a couple of days.  Barkley prefers indoor to outdoor facilities and Oreo, being a male, marks his territory on a whim.  Jim started to keep score on indoor incidents on the whiteboard in the shop.  Oreo is in the lead with 8, Lucy with 3, and Barkley with 2!  It has been fun having all the grandbabies (except Haley) staying with us and enriching our lives.

Tonya Joy

I know that I haven't posted in quite awhile...but here I am.  Today, I attended a bridal shower for one of Kylie Jo's dearest friends from high school.  Tonya is getting married to Joe Sullivan on April 10.  Kylie will be flying in to be a bridesmaid.  It will be great.  Kylie couldn't be here so I am posting a couple of pics of the day!

Who needs tub toys!

Joslin likes to multi-task while getting clean.  She makes a variety of soups in her "soup kitchen",,  She seems to have as much or more fun with these makeshift toys than she would with the traditional bath toys.

Halloween - Joslin 2..Haley 12..Jamie ?? Jose??

This was definitely a new look for Haley!
I don't know why we didn't do such things when we were younger. They were having a ball!
Jamie and Joslin were both accented with purple, but it seemed to come out blue in the pics.

She was clapping, singing and playing the piano! Yes, she was wound tightly!

Trick or Treat Street

Haley's dance group hosted indoor trick or treating and entertainment last Saturday. This is one of the rare opportunities that I will get to get snaps of her in action.

Flowers

I'm putting these up for Kylie so that she can see the colors of my dahlias..
